"Tumble Stars is my first coaching job. I've been here a little over a year and have loved every minute of it," says Miss Maegan.
Miss Maegan was a competitive gymnast for many years before cheering in high school and on all-star squads She started teaching with us in August 2008 and has been a real asset to our TS family.
Maegan has a great time working with the kids and says, "I love kids! They are always making me smile with their randomness!! I love seeing the smile on their faces when they do something by themselves for the first time!"
Maegan's dad was in the military so she has lived in several places through the years. She was born in Orlando, FL and then grew up in Oklahoma and Maryland and then moved back to Oklahoma. She graduated from Carl Albert High School (go Titans!) and has two brothers, Zach & Jake. She loves spending time with her family and her dog Camii, a black and brown yorkipoo who keeps them all entertained.
When Miss Maegan is away from the gym, you might find her riding 4-wheelers, snowboarding, shopping, or just hanging out with her family and boyfriend at the lake. Otherwise, you'll usually find her studying. She attended Rose State College where she earned her associates degree. She is currently attending Francis Tuttle Career Technology Center and will graduate in July 2010 with her LPN. She plans to apply to Rose State's RN program in February 2010.
