Miss Jill grew up in Fort Collins, CO and later attended Iowa State University where she earned her bachelors degree as an education major.

Jill competing in gymnastics for many years and her favorite event was balance beam. She coached from 1985 through 1996 and was also a womens gymnastics judge through Level 7. She is currently safety certified through USA Gymnastics.

Miss Jill has been a member of our Tumble Stars staff in 2005. When she's not coaching at the gym or teaching her own children, she enjoys singing (much to team's delight), scrapbooking, reading and playing with her kids.

Miss Jill is married and has five children and also enjoys the labs & lizards living with her family.

"I love Tumble Stars. It is an environment where every child has the opportunity to learn gymnastics in a positive, fun and safe atmosphere. I enjoy watching the girls I coach tackle challenges and improve their skills. I love the excitement on their faces when they learn a skill or have a fantastic meet, and I love seeing their drive from within result in their improvement.

"As a parent, I enrolled my kids because I saw that the Tumble Stars owners were committed to providing a safe environment with skill progressions, and teaching all kids with a warm and positive approach. Gymnastics is a great sport because it requires balance, strength, flexibility, coordination and discipline. I know that whether my kids are doing forward rolls, or kicking across the beam, they are engaging in a great experience. Oh and did I mention----they're having fun??"
